I started out strong and tapered off a bit with the weekend.  Tracking is so hard for me to do when we eat out at restaurants that aren't chains.  Last night we had a lovely dinner with Kim and Gary Smith at the River Rock Grill.  Tonight we are trying to make up for it by making a recipe from Jill's cookbook.  Dad and I worked together to make her lasanga with tofu and spinach.  We will let you know if it is worth making again.
